Our values are human-centric, relatable and easy to adopt. When we appreciate one another and feel good, we have the willingness and desire to strive for excellence in our work. Our values convey a warm, people-oriented message. This aspect was highlighted in the responses from our personnel when the values were created. Safety and Corporate responsibility were also among the themes highlighted in our surveys. 

We create added value for the company and our society, strive for top performance and develop our operations and solutions in cooperation with our customers - to improve their quality of life.
