Executive – IT System Analyst

FinOrion Pharma India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Executive – IT System Analyst in Information Management - India department.  In this position you will be based in Mumbai. 

 

Description of position

The Information Management, India team in FinOrion Pharma India Pvt. Ltd provides services to the ICT Infrastructure Services and IM departments for Orion. The India team is responsible for providing IT services for India office end users and maintaining the complete IT infrastructure.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Standard global IT infrastructure management
  • Network, server and other IT device installations and troubleshooting
  • Maintain device, software and information security compliance based on Company and Country specific regulations
  • Incidents/service request resolution and escalations
  • Printer, projector, CCTV and other IT device installation and troubleshooting
  • Software license management
  • Device lifecycle management
  • IT inventory management and audit requirements
  • Managing E-waste
  • IT device procurement and planning
  • Data back-up to data center and cloud systems
  • Creating new user account with permissions as per requirement
  • Work on-site and troubleshoot IT issues for remote users
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams
  • To work with ServiceDesk ticketing system
  • IT documentation, purchase order creation and invoicing
  • Provide services according to the agreed service levels
  • Negotiation and followup with IT vendors and local procurement for equipment
  • Interact with IT leads to present projects status and results
  • Well-versed with current IT industry knowledge and trends
  • Provide basic IT training to new office members

FinOrion Pharma India Pvt. Ltd. (http://www.orionpharma.in) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Orion Group.  A presence in India provides an opportunity for Orion Group to strengthen the business relationship with the current partners and support the head quarter in various office activities. The India office focuses mainly on Global Operations and R&D activities.

Global operations (formerly known as supply chain) is one of the core area of operations in Orion's India office. This office is involved in procurement of in-licensed formulated products and pharmaceutical ingredients for in-house manufacturing in Finland. The Packaging Technology team is involved in creating and managing artworks for both in-licensed and in-house manufactured products. The Quality Assurance team is involved in auditing our partners globally to ensure cGMP compliance.  

CPD & LCM India (Pharmaceuticals and Regulatory Affairs teams) supports the product life cycle management, maintenance of marketing authorizations, various other documentation requirements and supports activities such as biostatistics, programming and medical writing tasks for regulated markets. The Creative Design team in India supports digital / graphic designing activities.

Requirements

  • Any IT graduate or equivalent. Preferred major would be Information Systems, Computer Science, or other engineering or equivalent technical degree or course
  • 5 - 7 years related experience in Information Technology
  • Azure/ Cloud skills certification
  • Knowledge about current IT industry trends
  • MS office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
  • Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues
  • Work experience with endpoint management software
  • Strong written & verbal communication
  • Ability to work within teams as well as independently
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt, but also to teach and support co-workers and colleagues
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • High flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements. Willingness to work across time-zones
